Resident Reviews

Well kept, expensive, a lot of amenities, local, friendly.submitted by Andrew H. - |Recommended: YesIt's the best pet apartment complex in the area. Offers a lot of amenities. Close to everything in Traverse City. Expensive.
response from property -Thanks, Andrew AND Nova & Marley :) We do love our animals and our human residents. It is our goal that you find value in the competitive rent you pay. Hopefully the additional of the Trash Butler door-to-door trash removal service will assist with providing some value.
I love Liv Arbors. I'll be sad to leave.submitted by Amy D. - |Recommended: YesI love everything about Liv Arbors. The staff is very accommodating and the community is wonderful. I especially loved my last apartment, the Montmorency floor plan. Private and quiet. I would definitely stay longer, but it is time to purchase a home again for the kids. It was a great transition home between houses and maybe I'll be back when the kids are grown
response from property -We will be so sad to see you leave, also, Amy! We hope you find your way back, but wish you all of the best in the meantime!
Very Nicesubmitted by Lisa P. - |Recommended: YesVery Nice, but over priced. I would like to stay longer but cannot afford the rent. Resigned for 6 extra months and rent is 1621.00 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath. That is a very nice house payment.
response from property -Hi Lisa- Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We hope that you feel value for the rent that you pay, as it is aligned with the local market. We do believe that we offer more amenities than other communities. We are thrilled that you have resigned your lease for 6-months. If you choose to sign for 12-months or longer next time around you can save on the short term premium!
Living is easy at Livsubmitted by Heather H. - |Recommended: YesIt's a clean, well-maintained community with great amenities, like the gym, year round hot tub, game room, etc. Our apartment itself hasn't been recently updated and the construction materials and fixtures are showing their age, but the overall simplicity of living here makes us not mind. Parking is a challenge, with no spots available near our unit when we get home after working second shift. The best part, by far, is having miles of trails to hike right outside our back door - we can even hike to Aldi's to pick up bananas and bread. It's a great perk. And their snow removal and maintenance teams are on point
response from property -Wow, what a great recommendation, Heather. Thank you! We are excited to share that we are reviewing a variety of update options for our apartment homes.
Great Servicesubmitted by Samuel R. - |Recommended: YesSo, I had a friend coming to visit me but I had forgot to leave the key under the mat so that they could get in while I was at work. One call to the office and they were there in five minutes flat to open the door. Super friendly and helpful on the phone, and they followed up like champs. 10 10
response from property -Thanks for sharing your experience, Sam! We are so happy that we could help your friend in :)
Great place, my upstairs neighbor is a Trump supportersubmitted by Garrett R. - |Recommended: YesI'd tell them it's like Disneyland
response from property -We love that you feel like you're in Disneyland, Garrett!
Great place to live.submitted by Raveyon K. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live. Amenities are wonderful.
response from property -Wonderful! We agree, the amenities are second to none.
Apartment Livingsubmitted by Sheena K. - |Recommended: YesEverything is great overall. The trash being in one location on the opposite side of the complex is inconvenient. And maintenance has been great until this week.
response from property -Thank you, Sheena! Please give us a ring to figure out where we've missed the mark with our maintenance this week- we'll make it right!
Great location in town, friendly staff, and beautiful campus.submitted by Andrew B. - |Recommended: YesI love living here at the Arbors Great location being close to town, the staff friendly and is easy to work with, and the campus is very well kept.
response from property -Thank you, Andrew! We love to hear that you adore your home!
Great Place to liv.submitted by Puranjay P. - |Recommended: YesThis place is clean and maintained regularly year round. Has low noise level. Maintenance and office staffs are very helpful. Close to malls and market place. I choose this community primarily due to its proximity to my workplace but now I feel I choose the best place in Traverse City for me and my family.
response from property -Thank you for your review, Puranjay! We love our community!
Liv Arbors is true qualitysubmitted by Nicholas S. - |Recommended: YesThe apartments are fairly priced, and priced really well if you find roommates. The amenities are incredibly nice and the complex is located in a location that is in close proximity to town, but you don't experience heavy traffic at the apartments.
response from property -Thank you, Nicholas- our team loves to hear when residents love where they live!
Goodsubmitted by Tyler W. - |Recommended: Yesgood
response from property -Thank you, Tyler!
Nice, but smallsubmitted by Robert P. - |Recommended: YesI like the staff and the amenities. There are plenty of spots yo meet up with friends, hangout, and enjoy yourself. However, I do think there could be more communities events. For the amount of space and features that are offered I feel they are under utilized. Movie nights are great Camp fires are awesome But, these are few and far in between. I also feel the events do not cater to different age groups equally. Furthermore, the apartments that I have been in are tiny with very little storage space. For the price I'm paying I feel I should be able to store what little possessions I own easily. All things considered it has been a pleasant experience.
response from property -Hi Robert- Thank you for your thorough feedback! Great news, too! We have thirty floor plans....there are definitely options with more square footage, if you prefer. Our team always has open ears for ideas of different events that you would like to see. Next time you're by the office to pick up a package or chat, please, please share your ideas! Thank you, again!
Nice for petssubmitted by Kasey T. - |Recommended: YesWe moved to Traverse city and was so happy to find such good quality apartments in a timely manner that accepted pets. The amenities are excellent also. My only complaint was that my neighbors love to convert the outside of my window at all hours of the day and there are constant car alarms going off. Also, for a week over the summer, the sprinklers turned on and never turned off until it was a flood back here. But over all I loved my apartment and looking out over the nature preserve. It has been lovely.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback, Kasey! We do love our pets! Fortunately, the irrigation around that building has been repaired.
Clean and safesubmitted by Anthony R. - |Recommended: Yesbring your pets and dont worry about snow removal,
response from property -Yes! The goal is for you and your furry friends to experience worry-free living.
