submitted by Tyler J. - |Recommended: YesLiv Arbors Feels Like Home — Our experience at Liv Arbors was amazing We were able to meet so many great people and friends through the activities that were hosted by Liv, such as Yappy Hour, regular Happy Hour, Holiday meals, fitness classes, and many other events. The staff is wonderful and they take time to get to know you and talk with you, and they love seeing your dogs The apartments and property have everything that you need. Overall, Liv Arbors was by far the best apartment complex that we have lived at, and we are thankful for all of the great people we were able to meet and now call friends

submitted by Ryan C. - |Recommended: YesIt Is A Nice Place With A Competitive Price — Its a great place to live with a long list of amenities. Depending on your apartment you may get updated appliances with carpet or you may get not so new appliances from like 2014 but with new hardwood floors. The cost isn't to bad and its a safe community with what I would assume a less than 1 crime rate. Parking is pretty good too. If you happen to get a place that has a car port you can fit trucks inside the carport but depending on where you carport is you may have cars parked in the front parking spaces making it tough to get into a car port especially if you drive a larger vehicle. All and all 8 10.

submitted by Ashley S. - |Recommended: YesExcellent Pet Friendly Community — I was nervous about moving into an apartment complex with 2 medium sized dogs, but I have had a great experience thus far. I do not hear my neighbors at all, and the dog park is a wonderful way to get them exercise and socialization. The grounds are well kept so even in the winter I can walk my dogs around the property without hesitation. There's tons of grass space and a trail right behind the community which is so convenient. The community hosts yappy hours and people bring their dogs to the park for play time and the humans get beers. Pretty good stuff. Highly recommend living here.

ALot of great amenities and a very clean well-kept property. Con- Too pricey for what you get, layout is not convenient, not enough parking and noisy party neighbors.

We can see how your building would have some struggles with parking at certain times. Currently we are assessing a new parking assignment program that would benefit everyone.
submitted by Alexandra B. - |Recommended: NoEverything Is Great, Except The Buildings And Fees. — My dog locked me out of my car while I was getting the snow off of my car, so my keys were also in there. I called maintenance to see if they could let me into my apartment so I could get my spare key. It was a 50 unlocking fee just for somebody to come open my door, that is ridiculous. Also, the over night maintenance people are very rude and act like you are bothering them. I would recommend getting a third floor apartment because you can hear EVERYTHING from the people above you.

submitted by Hannah C. - |Recommended: YesLiv Arbors — My SO and I really enjoyed living here. The grounds are kept up nice and the community itself is very quiet and safe. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had no issues with our apartment ours was one of the upgraded apartments since everything was brand new. If you have a little extra money I definitely recommend renting here.
The only con I have is that our neighbors were on the elderly side and were not the most friendly towards us.

It is also rewarding the Liv staff is very friendly and accommodating and the property is very well maintained. My family and I feel very safe within the Liv community and we are happy to be living here.
