It is closer to the Mall. All the staff is wonderful and helpful with all your needs. The maintenance staff is also so welcoming. We love the place

submitted by Kristen D. - |Recommended: YesParking Is The Worst For My Building. — I enjoy living here. Love the Butler Service. Love the HUB The staff worked a miracle to get me in so quickly. Although several of the amenities have not worked in a very long time, such as, Pool TV outside, or the outdoor Pool Speakers. During the winter, the hot tub, was closed for a very long time, never repaired and re-opened in same condition it was closed for. Getting on the list for a garage took 5 months, 3 of those months i was told that they would check on A14 and if available it would be mine. The fifth month they assigned me B23. Asked to have several crumbling steps replaced, 1 was. Mailbox keys were changed 2 months after i moved in for no apparent reason. Received 2 different mailbox keys and 1 actually worked. I wish they had a place to wash our vehicles next to the vacuum. Would love to see a wall constructed in the tennis courts, so people could work out alone. Would be cool if a Bocci court, Shuffle board court, and horse shoe lanes be developed in the future on the property. Over all for a built in Michigan multi family dwelling, it is one of the better ones, especially with PETS and NOT hearing your neighbors every waking moments.

Mailbox keys may have been changed if dictated by the post master via USPS, please accept our apology for the inconvenience. Also, we love your ideas! submitted by Andrew P. - |Recommended: YesVery Clean, Quiet, Great Place To Live. — Living here has been a great experience, maintenance requests are usually completed on a timely fashion depending on urgency. They do a very good job of the upkeep and grounds keeping. Only complaint would be the pricing and how much rent goes up every year.

submitted by Dan A. - |Recommended: YesBest Bang For Your Buck In Traverse City — We have lived here for over six years. The staff in all departments are courteous, considerate and caring. All aspects of the property are well tended and not a leaf is out of place. The amenities are community based and where you can engage or chose to not engage based on personal preference. There is no other apartment complex in Traverse that offers what the Liv Arbor team delivers. Apartments are slightly pricey but add up all that is offered and the “best bang for you buck” in Traverse.

If major repairs are required, typically a contractor is scheduled out at the beginning of the season and we have everything wrapped up as quickly as we can. If there is an outstanding work request please contact our team....it does not appear that there are any in our system so we can set something up for you immediately.
